issue 1 sound and picture go out of sync

issue 2 says there's no WF-FI (all over items phones laptops work ) only way to reconnect is to reboot rooter

issue 3 turn tv on screen blank or says waiting have to turn off and on again

issue 4 remote does not work correctly button 5 turn tv off , replacement controller volume does not work

1 wifi is not that stable a connection

2 the more you have connected to the wifi the weaker the signal gets to each device,

3 better to have the tv connected by an ethernet cable

4 sky recommend a minimum of 25mps and 35 mps maximum to the tv for uhd programmes,

I have had my 55inch sky glass tv since November 2021 and my puck aswell as 3 mobile phones , laptop, tablet, Xbox l g tv, a freesat box to I have fftp gigafast broadband 900mps and have no problems , and also 3 axles in the house to
