I am trying to oder sky glass and sky tv I live in the isle of man but there does not seem to be a way of doing this on the Web site do I need to call them to do this

Yes. We are fellow subscribers here on the forum. If the site isnt allowing you to order you will need to call.

The were reports in the early days that it was only available to the channel islands if it was baught outright. Not sure if this was the case in IOM.

@Chris422 If you already have any version of Sky (Sky Q for example) you will need to call Sky in. order to change to Glass or Stream. It cannot be done online as you will need a completely new account.

I live in Jersey and as mentioned by @mikealanr I had to pay for Glass in full instead of taking the Sky glass purchase loan. This was because Sky were not able to do the credit checks for Jersey residents.

If Sky is your mobile provider you can phone them by dialling 150.

If it is not your provider follow this link https://www.sky.com/help/home and scroll down to need more help, click on this and you will see an 0333 phone number to use to call Sky. Unfortunately I cannot include the actual phone number as the forum filters will block it.
