      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help me, I've rang sky about my issue and manually updated the software as suggested by customer service but the problem is not going away.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when I watch live tv, the sound &amp;amp; picture are not in sync. The live programme is constantly skipping.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when I watch a recording from my playlist every thing I watch is skipping also&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have fibre broadband connected with an Ethernet cable directly to my router next to my tv. My broadband speeds are excellent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm getting really frustrated as I can turn on Netflix etc and have no issues streaming. I'm really regretting switching from sky Q to sky glass&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2768572"&gt;@AM1991&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; First thing to do is launch the Netflix app scroll down to get help then check your network,this will give you that actual speed your device is getting,following this I would try a reboot of your device and router by powering them off for a few minutes,turn your router back on and when it has fully rebooted with all lights showing power your device (sky puck/glass back on&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
