      <description>Using a sky glass tv, have checked all settings it is fully up to date. But I can open my 5 app but no.programs will play..I have tried signing in and out of my5 but just get the loading circle on try to open a program, only just started this inthe last couple of days.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4272516"&gt;@Calvert8568&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;If you are still having this problem have you tried the good old standby solution of a restart/reboot? &amp;nbsp;If your issue is caused by a minor software glitch this will possibly resolve it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to Settings &amp;gt; System Management &amp;gt; Resets &amp;amp; Updates &amp;gt; Restart device.&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;It takes about 3 minutes to completely reboot. You will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears so don’t worry when this happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
