I have 2 remotes with sky glass one sky one free view one silver one black.
I cannot control the sound with the black remote

Hi @Suzanne+737

You will need to add some information, so this is clear. You have a Glass TV with a Sky Glass remote which works? When you say Freeview do you have a Freeview set top box plugged into your Glass TV? And thelat remote won't control glass?

Or do you mean you have a stream puck plugged into a Freeview TV?

Sorry when I said Freeview I meant the remote control that came with the TV

i have been into settings gone through the 16 numbers which did not result in sound control Everything else works I just want to control the. Volume with my sky remote.

Hi @Suzanne+737

So you dont have Sky Glass. You have sky stream. It would be handy letting the community know the make and model of your TV. Have you tried going through the set up again and selecting a different code?

Press and hold 7 and 9 together for 3 seconds.

Press and hold 1 and 3 together for 3 seconds.

This will take you back through the guided setup.

I have a puck with my TV so you seem to be more informed than i no insult intended I honestly don't know.

i have tried holding down 1 and 3 and 7 and 9 but it did not work
My television is Toshiba I don't know what number
