    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have previously been able to connect my daughter's hearing aid to our Sky Glass and in fact she has watched movies on it on Saturday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It has been working perfectly until Sunday and now we aren't able to connect her hearing via Bluetooth anymore. &amp;nbsp;We have tried switching it on and off and have done a re-set but to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have any ideas if Sky have sent down an update or what we can do? &amp;nbsp;We can see it on the Bluetooth list but the connect button is greyed out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
