Hi @Gav27

You purchased a TV that comes with a 2 year warranty. If you are outside that your only recourse is to try and make a claim under your consumer rights and/or make a complaint to Sky. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

The only other thing is Sky have a repair partner who can fix issues with glass apart from the screen itself. In what way isn't it working? If you describe your issue to th community w will do our best to assist.
Sky glass software issue

My sky glass is only 2 1/2 old and conveniently out of warranty when the switching on issue started. Now the only way to get my sky glass on is to factory reset (20/30 minutes) after that it works fine until you have to switch on the next day. I was told that it was broken and needs replaced for a fee. I have a tv that is about 15 years old that works great but a dky glass doesn't see out 2 1/2 years. No resolve offered other that i cancel my whole sky or pay the fee to replace.....shame after 11 years of sky tv, broadband and 4x mobiles
