I need to speak to sky about my sky glass speakers cracking and it's impossible trying to get hold of anyone and the number does not work!

Hi @Curlycarly222

We are fellow subscribers here on the forum. You can call Sky by dialling 150 from a Sky landline or mobile or by calling them on the 033 number.

Go to this page and scroll down to need more help. You will see an 033 numberm unfortunately the forum software doesn't allow us to post numbers.

Ignore the IVR system when it asks if you want a text link and to provide your mobile number and it will then put your through to a menu where you can select the appropriate option to talk to an advisor.

I have tried calling the 033 number but it doesn't work or ring through. I have resorted to messaging on Facebook for help.

Did you use a 033 number from the supplied link above or the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of this web page?

Yes I used the number on the webpage but it didn't even ring out.
