    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3497871"&gt;@Woodybrook&lt;/a&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;I note you have already tried re-pairing the remote again without success so have a read through the following &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;troubleshooting guides to see if they help:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/remote-control-help-sky-glass" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;Troubleshooting guide&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-tv/sky-tv-glass/fixing-a-problem-sky-glass/fixing-sky-glass-remote/articles/service-checker-sky-glass-remote-help" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;Remote help&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could also try holding the remote at both ends and giving it a gentle twist as though you were wringing out a cloth. &amp;nbsp;Even though it sounds an unlikely solution it has got many faulty remotes working again (including my own on a couple of occasions).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are still having problems I would contact Sky and request a replacement. &amp;nbsp;However, I see you have had glass for 2 years so if you are out of warranty they may not replace the remote FOC. &amp;nbsp;You can also get remotes on Amazon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are lucky enough to have one available you can use a Sky Q remote while you wait for a replacement to arrive&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
