&lt;P&gt;How is your TV connected to your hub?&amp;nbsp; On the Glas TV open the netflix app and go to Get Help, run the connection test, what speed is being reported?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Anytthing less than 25mbps for HD&amp;nbsp; &amp;amp; 35mbps for UHD will cause such issue, poor wifi will also cause this issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Picture keep freezing and then the sound catches up&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This has been happening for the past 2 months and I shouldn't have to keep turning the tv off and resetting it when I'm paying for a service!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise on how you will fix this issue!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
