      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have assumed (wrongly) that our internet connection was poor as when watching live TV &amp;nbsp;on Sky Glass it's glitching and sound drops out picture freezes etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This happened tonight whilst watching the football on ITV - entirely unwatchable. On a whim, switched to ITVX app and it was perfect watching for the other 75 minutes. What am I missing here? Why would this be different when both options are streaming from the internet?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Sky's servers are clearly busy &amp;amp; unable to cope with the demand. ITVX's servers are less stressed &amp;amp; require less bandwidth.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
