I am trying to get sky go extra to be able to view on my PlayStation 5

You will need the whole home subscription.

"You’ll need a Sky Multiscreen or Sky Glass/Sky Stream Whole Home subscription, or you can pay the monthly cost to use it (Sky+ and Sky Q customers only). Find out more about Sky Go Extra on Sky Shop under Terms and conditions > Sky Go Extra."

I am trying to upgrade to whole home but waiting on my address to change from your side.. can this get sped up so I can upgrade and get the whole house box sent to my new address
