    <description>&lt;P&gt;Had an update, speakers not working,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried cd speakers fine , phoned sky couldn't help me , to solve it I reset the update and everything was back to normal hope this helps &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thumbs_up:"&gt;👍&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
