It's saying I am signed in so I click to go into PP but it takes me back to main menu

Have you just gone through the setup as a Sky Cinema customer and it is not letting you sign in?

Or are you getting sign in problems now, but have been able to sign in fine before?

I've gone through sky cinema it's letting me sign in but then buffers then takes me back to the sign in screen
