Go to netflix &amp;gt; left menu &amp;gt; get help? This will clear the local cache etc and reload the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The other thing to try if that doesn't work is put your glass on your mobile hotspot and see if it works. This would then rule out an issue with your ISP such as DNS etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Every time I try to watch something on Netflix it comes up with the Error Message 'That didn't work. Let's try unplugging your TV.' Error Code is tvq-pb-101(8.1)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried to contact both Sky and Netflix their suggestions are doing the same thing over and over that don't work restart router and unplug TV and yes I've left it for a few mins before plugging back in. They don't seem to want to help resolve the situation which will lose them my business soon .&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
