Sky Ads most annoying

MrsFox — Mon, 04 Nov 2024 17:06:03 GMT

Sky Ads are the most annoying - channel 4 and itv are much better. Sky ads especially that EDF one and the Argos one feature repetitive music and naff messages. Do sky appeal to a different audience? Sooooo annoying. I'll never get EDF energy after the endless repeat of the kid on guitar. How effing obnoxious. And every every single ad break.

btw sky, I also paid to remove ads but uou don't remove do you? The slider is so inaccurate you make sure we still have to watch at least one you really do treat your viewers like we're all idiots. Spirit of murfochs lives on

You don't pay to remove ads. You pay for the ability to fast forward through them.

Personally, I simply don't watch them.

Hi @MrsFox

As @Mark39 indicates it's ad skipping not ad removal. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/ad-skipping-sky-glass

Also not sure how Sky can be held responsible for the content EDF or Argos advert...
