Live formula 1 vanished

Whilst trying to watch formula 1 through the playlist as i was at work when it started, i watched most of the pre-show, noticed it was too long so stopped at the point i normally do, played the race show and it seemed to have started late so tried to go back to the pre-show to see the bits it cut off from the race show and both of these seemed to have vanished. Tried restarting the sky glass, looked everywhere and nothing but the other formula 1 shows.

Is there any way this can be fixed quick so i can watch without any spoilers or am i going to have to wait until a full race re-run? I hope it hasn't vanished completely and someone at sky can fix this as i like to watch the whole show, red flags, discussions and all but a lot will be cut out if i have to watch a different show to see the race.

@lincolndave2912 You're not contacting Sky Customer services via the forum, we are all cusotmers and therefore can't fix anything on Sky's end.

Was hoping an employee could see it and help. I'm not one for phone calls, i try and resist calling anybody which is why it's frustrating when all i can see to contact sky directly is a phone number, much prefer a live chat, otherwise they just direct us here.

Would suggest emailing the Sky Viewer relations team to report your issues.

They do respond to emails with any updates for your queries or problems and will pass such feedback onto the relevant Sky teams.

Mine too btw, not sure it's a technical problem, wonder if they changed something that tags F1. Got all practice sessions but lost races since Mexico last week
