Disney plus and bbc iPlayer not loading

Yesterday I tried going into Disney plus on our sky glass. It will not load and shows error: 1017 and bbc player seems to be froze on a screen and will not move. I have refreshed the apps under setting and done a restart but is not working. I have checked on Sky but does not seem to be a problem..Everything else at the moment seems ok..

Have you tried turning the TV off at the wall for a few minutes then powering it back on? This often helps to fix glitches like this.

Thanks for your post. But..I have switch off and on and done a reset. I found out it is not bbc iPlayer it channel 4 app frozen on progression bar at the being of the start..Disney still working with same fault code. I have turned off both the broadband router and fibre connection and restarted. Still not working...

Contacted Disney and they sorted the problem out their end.. Channel 5 app is not working freezing on start up(I got it wrong as I thought it was a different channel as it directly logged in). On the logging the progress bar freezes and will not progress.
Disney got us to unplug for 3 minutes and reboot after some adjusting their end.. thank you Disney...
