Since having sky glass my freeview tv upstairs has not worked asking to connect serial - any ideas?

Did the Sky Glass television replace a Sky+ or Sky+ HD box?

Thank you for your response, We had BT halo before switching to sky - tv upstairs worked fine on BT but stopped working since switching

That's a broadband product and unrelated to Freeview.

Is it freeview play that's stopped working? That does rely partially on a strong internet connection.

im assuming the bt halo provided some kind of mesh wifi system. If that is the case you may have to replace it with a third party mesh system or if your internet is with sky they offer a max product that guarantees wifi throughout your property
