The Sky Glass TV should now be heavily discounted in technology terms these TV's are getting old, certainly having a mid life crisis.

Buy a decent LG or Samsung or if budget is tight a Hisense is a good option as they often "not always" use Samsung panels. I was fortunate enough to visit their facilities on one of my China trips to TV manufacturers factories.

A stream box is an option but it's about time Comcast rolled out a new version of that too!

You would need to purchase another Sky Glass in that case, along with the Whole Home add-on ( which allows you to watch Sky on more than one Sky Glass in a household).

@Brumfitt wrote:

I have had Sky Glass Small TV for 12-18 months now. Recently moved house and it is too small for the new lounge, so need to upgrade to M or L, but want to keep Small one for one of he bedrooms. Can't seem to be able to do this though.

You should also consider the option of buying a normal, bigger smart TV and adding a Stream Puck to it. This can offer the same streaming TV experience you get from Glass but with much more flexibility.

Glass is now more than 3 years old and has seen no hardware improvements in that time, yet the price has remained the same. You should question whether you believe it offers value for money when compared with other more modern smart TVs.

@Brumfitt Almost a year ago I did what @Mister_Dalek is suggesting. I sold my Glass TV and purchased a Samsung TV and soundbar in the Black Friday deals (Samsung are already advertising them for this year).

It was a decision I have not regretted for an instant. The picture quality is so much better than glass but to be fair my £500 (£250 in the BF deal) soundbar although better than the Glass sound is not significantly better for normal viewing.

As mentioned by other responses you would need a Whole Home subscription.

Also when you buy a good quality TV from a good retailer it will come with a 5 or 6 year warranty😉
