@ovid1u I'm afraid it won't work in the UK as it will still be linked to your account in Italy and like Sky UK, you can't use the TV outside the intended area, that area being Italy.

If you want to get Sky Glass or Stream in the UK you'll need to subscribe via Sky UK and obtain the devices from them.

@Anamaria90 It a response from the Sky Italia servers but only says a problem occured, as per the replies above the OP is trying to use an Italian registered Glass TV outside the territory it's intended for.

So may be some kind of geolocation error.
