There is no 'upgrade' route. You just have to buy the bigger sized one and try to sell your old one. Resale value on Sky Glass TVs is pretty poor though.

Glass television sets are sold outright (any monthly hardware cost is repaying a purchase loan) so there's no rental or HP involved, and consequently no upgrade path other than another purchase at full cost.

The scheme mentioned at launch in October 2021 which was supposed to operate like the Sky Mobile 'Swap' system never arrived.

Don't do it the Sky Glass TV is near 3 year old technology 🤨

Buy a decent Nano or OLED and get a stream puck if you want to stick with Sky.
