I can't say if that is the same issue you have or it maybe a symptom of an unsteady connection&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it maybe worth moving your router around to try and get the best possible reception for the sim and maybe give it an extended reboot to see if that helps&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This can cure some glitches&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also can you carry out a speed test ? You can do this by loading the native Netflix app going to settings then check network&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you will need at least 25mb to 30mb&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
