I have a issue with my Sky Glass 65’ . There is no picture only sound is ok

After I got help from Sky App troubleshooting, and rebooted skyglass. Now sound started coming , but still no picture only I can see backlight.

If you're seeing backlight but no picture, try adjusting the input source and checking the connections. If the issue persists, it might be a hardware problem, so contacting Sky support for further assistance is recommended.

If you're seeing backlight but no picture, it's a good idea to start by adjusting the input source and ensuring all connections are secure. If you've already tried that and the issue continues, it may indicate a hardware problem.

User is referring to the operating system on sky glass which doesn't require using an input source.........

It's not a 'television', though: it's the head-end display for a bespoke media distribution platform, and bares very little relationship to a broadcast receiver.
