Paramount plus not loading on Sky Glass

Paramount plus won't load up on my Sky Glass TV. I can access it on my other devices but I just get a blank screen when trying the TV. Anyone know what's going on or how to sort it. Thank you.

Try powering off at the mains for a few minutes. If that doesn't work try doing an 'app refresh' in settings > system management > apps & updates.

Note that.app refresh isn't instant and can take up to 24 hours.
