I am so fed up with this glass tv .

turning channels on its own tried a new control but it's still the same.

Does anyone else know what to try please

Still having problems with the tv turning channels over on its own .Had a new remote sent out but still doing the same thing fed up now .

anyone get any support on what to try next please .

Is there any chance your Glass to TV is changing channels in response to unintended voice commands?

You could try disabling the TV set's microphones for a time using the button on the right hand side of the set to see if this stop the random channel changing activity.

Have you tried pulling the plug for a few minutes ?

Also maybe pull the batteries from the old remote in case it's still connected up to the tv

Yes done that luv I don't know what to do fed up of it now can't watch owt right through getting me mad
