Sky Sports Jumping

Last few times we've watched live football on sky sports it just constantly jumps skips a good 10-20 seconds it's infuriating considering we are paying for this.
Ive tried all sorts to fix it and it only happens on Sky Sports from what we know!

Hey @AbbeyH91 ours was doing the same today. We were watching delayed from the playlist and it was jumping every few seconds and unwatchable. We had to switch to live and it's stopped, so looks like an issue with the Sky cloud recordings on Sky Sports.
We tried a reboot but no improvement 🤷🏻‍♂️

Have you reported it to the Viewer Relations Team (viewerR@sky.uk)?

If reported Sky will be able to investigate and fix it. The exact same thing happened several weeks ago with F1 races, and due to customers reporting the issue to the Viewer Relations Team they fixed it relatively quickly.
