Also how is your glass conntected? Glass needs stability as much as it does speed. Marginal WiFi can cause issues. You may get more joy using an ethernet connection or homeplugs.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>You can also check the speed your glass is getting by opening netflix and going to settings &gt; connection check.
