Skyglass still not workiing

Have spent a week listening to recorded message saying Sky glass is fixed and they have sent me a link to do it myself. It DOESN'T work!!! Cannot get anyone at all to help me apart from recorded message despite calling all numbers. Need an email address and help please!

There's no email address for Sky customer services. What difficulty are you having when you call?

All messages say Skyglass if fixed and then sends me a link to reconnect myself. Have done this for days but it doesn't work! It uploads new software and the Skyglass screen but then says ready to connect but I cannot scroll down from black and white line to press "Connect" so get stuck. Have had no service for a week now and don't see how I can get any help this way. You are the first one to come back to me. I am very upset! Many thanks indeed.
