Hi all,

we got our Sky Glass Tv delivered yesterday and when we got it set up and pressed on, there was a huge crack on the screen. We rang Sky, super helpful, sent a photo over etc, and were told we had a replacement ordered and they'd pick up the damaged one at the same time.

couple of hours go by and we haven't had any emails or confirmation of this, and I am a worrier, so I rang back and the second person we spoke to said that's not how it usually works with a replacement tv. They said the pick up the damaged one and a different date is scheduled for the new one. They also mentioned that there wasn't anything showing on my account for a replacement being ordered, but they could see the call and photo code from earlier saying it was damaged.

I just wanted to ask if anyone else had been through this and what the process was? Like I said I am a worrier and we have a 65" broken tv in our home and I feel responsible to get it sorted.

thank you in advance for any help.
