      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3156933"&gt;@Tony+Arnall&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; I have experienced the same issue on occasions (it's pretty rare though). &amp;nbsp;The following should help: Put the&amp;nbsp;Glass TV into Standby and then unplug both your Glass &lt;U&gt;and&lt;/U&gt;&amp;nbsp;Broadband router.&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Leave for a couple of minutes and then plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting.&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Once it has rebooted plug your Glass/Puck TV back in and when that has also rebooted you should have your internet back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
