      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just checked&amp;nbsp; my channel&amp;nbsp; 4 app, working fine, on my tv and puck build version&amp;nbsp; on the tv is QS030.520.00p, I am on full fibre&amp;nbsp; to the property , sky gigafast broadband&amp;nbsp; 900mps&amp;nbsp; don't&amp;nbsp; know if that make any difference ? I am in the south east of England&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Would suggest trying a restart of your Sky Stream box&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Go to Settings&amp;gt;Systems Management&amp;gt;Resets &amp;amp; Updates&lt;BR /&gt;Select Restart device&lt;BR /&gt;Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

See: &lt;A href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Glass-Live/All4-Channel-4-app-not-loading/td-p/4731222" target="_blank"&gt;https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Glass-Live/All4-Channel-4-app-not-loading/td-p/4731222&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They used the recovery procedure to factory reset the TV, however this can cause issues and should only be used if you have exhausted all other avenues. Also who is your ISP? Some smaller ones sometimes use IP blocks which are listed outside the UK which has caused C4 on demand to display unexpected behaviour.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've reset everything. So.eone else said they contacted sky but nothing they could do ad they were told to contact app provider or something. I've had to use fire stick. It's a pain. Channel 4 need to get it sorted&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
