Sky Glass TV keeps freezing. Sometimes it is a quiet ticking freeze, other times it is a loud snow like noise. Sometimes the handset is not responsive at all and we just have to wait, clicking pointlessly until it decides to shut down. I ran my hand dow. The side of the device and the frame felt buzzy, rapid vibration or a mild electric shock like a tens machine. Please can someone from Sky respond as to if this is normal?

Call Sky and insist on a replacement (if you are within the 2 year warranty period.)
