&lt;P&gt;I'd imagine one possible reason is that Glass delivery and assembly really requires two people: if the driver was lone-working then that's potentially unsafe and contrary to both their own and Sky procedures.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You've a legitimate complaint to raise with Sky who should then arrange re-attendance by delivery personnel.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;He wasn't alone, there was 2 delivery men, it was rushed and unprofessional&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have contacted sky and they said it's an ongoing issue with there delivery company&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been told they will come back to pick up the packaging as I have set the tv up on my own&lt;/P&gt;</description>
