    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ahh my sky stream box won't turn off and keeps freezing so can't change the channel or do anything!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;anyone know the best way to fix it??&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;at the moment we unplugging it and turning back on but again when we want to change channel can't!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;no problems on the service checker&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Why speed do you get? And what speed is the puck getting? You can check this by opening netflix and going to settings &amp;gt; connection check.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky Pucks and Glass need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD for each puck. Its likely to be a WiFi quality issue or broadband speed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>
