topic Subtitles wont turn off in Sky Glass

Subtitles wont turn off

Having issues with my sky glass with subtitles.

It's off in the settings but come on on one programme but when I ask sky to turn it off it says I can't do that here so how do I turn it off its very annoying

Is the show you are watching on one of the catch-up services (e.g IPlayer) If so you need to turn off the subtitles in that app as the general Sky subtitles setting only applies to live channels and Sky's own on-demand platform.
