Update on this: I have performed a full factory reset and it's just as bad, if not worse. Across all channels, including Sky. What are next steps please?

Random audio sync issues on certain channels and platforms, BBC and Amazon Prime the worst, but can crop up anywhere.

Tried the suggested fix of switching to PCM Stereo but that didn't work.

Is there a plan in place to fix this issue, which seems to be prevalent across Glass and Stream users? It's driving me nuts. Nowhere near good enough from Sky.

There are no such lip sync issues on my other streaming devices which store apps locally rather than remotely on a server (as Sky does). The NOW app offers UHD/HDR & Atmos without any lip sync issues too.
