I am trying to purchase SKY glass with a sky package. When I get to the end it always says unexpected error. Please try again.

I can not get any further.

I live with my partner who had sky Q and has just cancelled her subscription. But there does not seem to be any way for me to order sky glass with tv packages. Can nayone help pleaase?

Has the partner's Sky Q cancellation completed, and the equipment returned?

Until then you have to order via phone🤔

Do you have access to a Sky dealership, either a shop or Mall stand? They should be able to help.
