&lt;P&gt;There's a potential cost increase for users of Sky Q because on the new structure the Sky HD and UHD add-ons no longer upgrade Netflix to Standard (no adverts) or Premium, but that was never the case on Glass/Stream.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just received an email saying that&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Netflix has discontinued their Netflix Basic plan and a result, the Netflix plan included with my Sky subscription will&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;automatically change to Netflix Standard with&amp;nbsp;ads&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This update will incur extra costs?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

No Netflix customer has been able to get Basic for a while, and Netflix are noe removing the tier for existing customers who subscribed through a third party (e.g Sky).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got the email too. It says this will happen from September and you will be able to watch Netflix on 2 devices. It's now September but I can still only watch Netflix on 1 device&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
