My nan has moved house and wants to get sky, however she wants regular tv channels (she reads the TV guide in the radio times) but more than freeview offers. She will not get on with streaming services. Does sky glass have regular TV guide and channels?
really struggling to find info on this as its all pushing streaming services and tried calling only to be greeted by an ai voice and no compatible option for my problem 😠

Yes Sky Glass/Stream have TV channels and an EPG. It's just different from Sky Q as it's not delivered via satellite but via the internet so no dish is required.

You can find the list tv channels available here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/tv-channel-list-sky-glass

Maybe also look at the various videos online where Sky and others explain the Stream user interface, and make a judgement yourself on how comprehensible this will be. One criticism of the UI is it doesn't open into a channel list.

Be careful though, the TV guide has clearly been designed by an idiot.

It initially comes up with choices with the default "all channels" highlighted. You have approximately one second before that choice vanishes and the cursor automatically moves to restarting whatever is on BBC1. I kid you not! So, more often than not you have to let iPlayer load just to go back home and start again.

Terrible design flaw. It's incredible that it got released.

That's not a typical experience, and suggests a fault (perhaps with the Glass remote)
