Black screen on sky glass and lip sync issues

Hi, we have had sky glass for a few years. We are currently experiencing bad lip sync issues. Ive tried switching the spund output to PCM but this makes no difference. We are also keep getting black screens on the tv and adverts skipping. It is not an internet issues as we have 500mbps and there are no known issues.
