      <title>Issues after upgrade to entertainment 1.3</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since the upgrade to 1.3. Entertainment System. &amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;we have the following issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;when switching channels we get a blank page. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Program loading but never starts as fails with Technical fault. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;unable to use Apple TV. as it does not respond.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Tv also not turning on via remote, having to switch off at the wall...&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;not a great update experience for us&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried&amp;nbsp; unplugging&amp;nbsp; the tv from the mains for a few minutes, must say u have not have any problems, but my tv is connected&amp;nbsp; to the broadband&amp;nbsp; by an ethernet cable,&amp;nbsp; and I am on sky gigafast&amp;nbsp; broadband too, tv almost&amp;nbsp; 3 years old to&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;To get it working we have unplugged several times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;maybe I should have said I forced it to do a download yesterday, it went back to 1.2 version and had no problems. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At some point it upgraded again to 1.3 and back to having these problems again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3403618"&gt;@DGMW&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You'll need to report this to Sky themselves, rather than on this forum. Level 2 support are investigating this same issue for me. We're needing to reboot as many as 15-20 times throughout the day as it repeatedly freezes when switching between playlist, live TV and on demand apps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There appears to be a wider issue affecting mupltiple customers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
