      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3282302"&gt;@SKY8QNVE&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Sky do not request the return of a faulty remote so you can just dispose of it yourself.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you try the following you &lt;U&gt;might&lt;/U&gt; even get it working again so you would&amp;nbsp;have a spare: H&lt;SPAN&gt;old the remote at each ends and giving it a gentle twist as though you were wringing out a cloth. &amp;nbsp;Even though it sounds an unlikely solution it has got many faulty remotes working again (including my own on 2 occasions).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
