MUTV existing subscription

Hi,

My question is as an existing MUTV.com subscriber via the MUTV website, how can I watch the newly launched MUTV channel on Sky glass?

When I upgraded to Glass, I obviously stopped my previous subscription with Sky Q and then took out an annual membership of MUTV through their website and watch it via the app. I watch it currently on Sky Glass via Google TV.

I surely don't have to take out another subscription with Sky in order to watch it on channel 422 but how can I use my existing subscription to watch via the channel guide?

Yes you have to subscribe via Sky in order to watch the channel streamed via the Sky platform.

Seeing how the channel is live via the EPG I'd be very surprised if they launched the app on the Sky streaming platform.

The app would require a lot more support from the team at MUTV as they would neee to support it themselves on the platform, and development costs would likely not be worth it as they would need to make sure the app works on the Sky stream operating system.

How do I cancel MUTV .it said I can do it online I can't see where I can do this

So you log into your mysky account online and go to "Manage Content Packs" under "Your Products" tab. Your MUTV subscription should show there as "Already Yours" in green. Tap that and it should then give you a "Remove MUTV" tab, tap that to cancel.

No it's hasn't shown up yet .does it take it's time showing up on my sky

I already subscribe to MUTV through Amazon for £29 a year.

Buggered if I'm paying Sky £7 a month!
