We are fellow customers on the forum. I note that this is the second post you have made with limited information about the issue. Please can you provide more information. How often is this happening? Is it scrolling through channels or is it going to a particular channel etc? What troubleshooting have your tried e.g power off at the mains for a few minutes?

This isn't a wide spread issue as your the only person as far as I'm aware who is reporting it. It may be worth calling Sky for assistance.

it turns to random channels different every time.

it does it on average 2/3 times a day.

i have tried turning off and at the mains and waiting 10 mins but still does the same.

its so annoying.

it just turns to any random channel and I have tried everything to fix it but still doing it
