If still happening it could be down to to your internet connectivity speed. Who is your ISP and what speed are you getting?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also check what speed your glass is getting by opening netflix and going to help &amp;gt; connection check.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky Glass and Stream needs 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>
