    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/162953"&gt;@Paulr1964&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Try the following: &amp;nbsp;Put Glass to Standby and then unplug both your Glass TV and router.&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Leave for a couple of minutes and the plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting.&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also rebooted it will usually have connected to the internet again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So yesterday evening sky glass says no internet connection but all my other devices are working fine even my sky puck in another room and still no connection today even after leaving sky to unplugged over night and doing all the resets on it help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
