What issue are you having with your remote?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have your tried all the troubleshooting steps outlined here: &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/remote-control-help-sky-glass" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/remote-control-help-sky-glass&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But yes, there was a bad batch of remote at the beginning of the year / end of last.
