    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4121773"&gt;@Stuart81&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I have had the same issue in the past when I had a glass TV (I now&amp;nbsp;only have a stream puck) and I found the following procedure would resolved the issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Put Glass to Standby and then unplug both your Glass TV and your broadband router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Leave for a couple of minutes and the plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also rebooted it should have picked up the internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also found that having Networked Standby mode turned ON helped as it stopped Glass &amp;nbsp;from losing&amp;nbsp;the network&amp;nbsp;connection when it goes into standby. &amp;nbsp;To check this go to Settings &amp;gt; Start up &amp;amp; Standby menu. &amp;nbsp;Whilst in that menu I would also turn off overnight power sharing (in fact I turned everything off except the networked standby mode). &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
