    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am constantly getting a black screen after 15 mins saying "technical fault". Its been happening for the last couple of weeks. I have 'refreshed and restarted but its still happening irespective of live view or streaming. Anyone else experienced this? Help/advice appreciated. Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Try using an ethernet cable instead of WiFi if possible or make sure your router is sending out a fast and stable enough signal for the TV to receive.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check the speed by opening the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu and run a network check.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
